This policy explains what Red Thread ("we") collects, why, and the choices you have. The short version: your birth details exist to compute your chart, never for sale and never for ad targeting.
We use your information to compute your chart, generate and deliver your reading, process payments, respond to support requests, and understand how the Service is used so we can improve it. If you opt in to marketing, we may email you; every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Only service providers needed to run the Service: payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, website hosting and security (Cloudflare), and analytics providers as described above. Each receives only what it needs. We may also disclose information if required by law.
We keep your data for as long as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@myredthread.app; we will delete your birth data, reading, and contact information within 30 days, except records we are legally required to keep (such as purchase records).
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CPRA. To exercise any right, email support@myredthread.app. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
We use cookies and similar technologies for the site to function and for analytics and advertising measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
The Service is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected in the date above and, where required, notified to you.
